In April 2002, Escape became the FIRST Twin Cities-area systems integrator certified by Apple as an ACTC (Apple Certified Technical Coordinator). ACTC certification means we have attended Apple training in California and through standardized testing demonstrated exceptionally deep, detailed knowledge and capabilities in the installation, support, and troubleshooting of Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server. |

Finally, Escape's extensive customized training allows us to not only help clients more effectively use software, but also to help them become more self-supporting when possible. Services which Escape does not explicitly offer are handled by a number of key industry associates and partners.
