Long Term Issue Tracking

Some problems occur once and then go away -- others reoccur over a period of time. Escape's exclusive Service Ticket System gives us a searchable, permanent means of keeping an eye out for repetitive problems with a particular machine or a particular operator over any period of time.

If a machine suddenly has persistent problems that have happened before, Escape can immediately pull up the resolution from the original incident. If problems seem to follow a particular employee regardless of which machine he/she uses, we can work with the user to determine what they're doing wrong.


Our business is as much about fixing people as it is about fixing computers. If Escape observes a problem on similar machine at several different clients, we'll issue a service bulletin to all clients with a hardware inventory in our database that have that kind of machine.
