Some problems
occur once and then go away -- others reoccur over a period of time.
Escape's exclusive Service Ticket System gives us a searchable,
permanent means of keeping an eye out for repetitive problems with
a particular machine or a particular operator over any period
of time.
If a machine
suddenly has persistent problems that have happened before, Escape
can immediately pull up the resolution from the original incident.
If problems seem to follow a particular employee regardless of which
machine he/she uses, we can work with the user to determine what
they're doing wrong.
