companies, we don't mind taking your calls. We won't demand a credit
card number beforehand, either. While we're out in the
field most of the time, we will always find time to answer your
questions as best we can.
If the situation
proves to be impossible or impractical to resolve over the phone,
we'll work with you to arrange an on-site visit to deal with the
matter.
