Phone Support

Unlike some companies, we don't mind taking your calls. We won't demand a credit card number beforehand, either. While we're out in the field most of the time, we will always find time to answer your questions as best we can.

If the situation proves to be impossible or impractical to resolve over the phone, we'll work with you to arrange an on-site visit to deal with the matter.

Have employees that are traveling on business? There is nothing worse than having problems and being hundreds of miles away from your usual support lifeline. You're backed against a wall - meeting with a client, giving a presentation, whatever - what do you do? Let Escape's technicians be their first call for help in a bad situation.
