Your servers, network switches, and RAIDs generate more heat than any other piece of equipment in your office. You can extend the life of these components by keeping them in a well ventilated enclosure that has high-powered fans circulating air throughout it. Especially heat-sensitive devices even benefit from enclosures with their own air conditioning units.

Physical Security

We've seen far too many organizations who overlook the risks they take leaving the nerve center of their business -- and all the data on it -- out on a desk or in an easily accessed room. Think about how easy it is for someone to access files they normally wouldn't have access to simply by walking up to the server and grabbing what they want!
